About Risky Rapids

Risky Rapids was the second group project we did at Futuregames, we were 17 students working on this game for 4 weeks. I was one of two level designers. I made the Expert level.

Risky Rapids is a co-op, screen-sharing canoe racing game for mobile devices. The game has three levels with increasing difficulty and a unique environment on each level. The player's main goal is to get to the finish line as quickly as possible.

Working on this game made me learn a lot about group communication. We had several breakdowns in communication between departments, it made me learn how important it is to communicate between teams and work together as one.
