Unity · 2023 · 3 weeksMotor-Chrome was the first group project we did at Futuregames 2023. We were 14 students that had 3 weeks to build a game in Unity.
Motor-Chrome is an endless runner where you avoid obstacles and gather points by running into colored blocks. The player can switch between 3 colors and you can only touch blocks of the color you have activated. When you've filled the colored gauges by collecting blocks of every color you gain temporary invincibility.
It was made to run with the Xbox Adaptive Controller which was provided by Xbox to the school.
Our games were displayed at the Play Beyond Play exhibition at Tekniska museum in Stockholm. Futuregames cooperated with nearby highschools to have their students come and play our games. We got to watch visitors play our games and get live feedback.
