Padamus is a windowmaker that lives in Bavelock who owns the Windowmaker shop. He can change the color of the text screen/options menu background, for free. He can also change the color of the name you see in text screens.
His assistant Barga can change the color of the reward text which is the text you see when you receive Pix or items.

He has a small part of the "Buying ink" sidequest. He asks you a riddle and you must answer correctly to proceed with the sidequest.
