Stats are what determine how good your character is at performing certain skills such as fighting, dodging, casting magic, etc.

All stats are increased by performing skills that require those stats. For example casting magic spells will increase your Magic, or attacking an enemy will increase your Strength.

You can also increase a stat if you get a stat Aura.
