Stamina is a unit during battle determining whether you can perform certain actions. Every attack and spell requires stamina and will drain some when performing the action. Stamina constantly regenerates, how quickly it does regenerate is determined by how much Agility your character has.

The more stamina you have, the more damage your attacks will take.
