Neville is a boy in Bavelock, who is sick with the Grey Blood disease. It is a mysterious disease in Andora that you explore in the sidequest "Curing the sick".

His mother Meldanya hopes the powder off the wings of a Red Pearl butterfly might cure it. After you bring her a butterfly she sais it does seem to help.
